Aura Traveler ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our AI Travel Concierge services.
We collect information you provide directly to us via the "Master Architect Console" and other input forms, including:
Travel Data: Names, travel dates, destination preferences, dietary restrictions, and budget tiers.
Media: Photos and documents uploaded for the purpose of personalizing your itinerary.
To provide our Services, we utilize Google Cloud and the Google Gemini API. By using Aura Traveler, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your inputs (including text, preferences, and uploaded content) are transmitted to Google for processing to generate the itinerary responses. While we configure our API usage to prioritize data privacy, processing is subject to Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
We utilize user interaction data to improve the functionality of the Aura Traveler application. However, we do not sell your personal travel data to third-party advertisers.
Model Training: In accordance with our enterprise configuration, your specific personal data is not used to train the public foundational models of our AI providers, preserving the confidentiality of your bespoke travel plans.
Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data, including:
Automated Decision-Making: You have the right to opt-out of automated decision-making. However, as the core function of Aura Traveler is automated itinerary generation, opting out will render the Service unusable. You always retain the right to manual human intervention by consulting a licensed travel agent outside of this platform.
Access & Deletion: You may request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account and associated travel history by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
