Welcome to Aura Traveler. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered travel design intelligence platform (the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CRITICAL NOTICE: Aura Traveler is a technology provider, not a travel agency. All itineraries are generated by Artificial Intelligence and are provided "AS-IS" for informational and planning purposes only.

1. Nature of Services

Aura Traveler provides a generative AI interface designed to assist travel professionals and individuals in drafting travel itineraries. We do not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, manage, or control any travel services, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, tours, or ground transportation.

2. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer ("As-Is" Provision)

You acknowledge that the Services utilize large language models and generative artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API). You understand and agree that:

Accuracy: AI-generated outputs ("Dossiers") may contain factual errors, hallucinations, or outdated information regarding pricing, availability, operating hours, or visa requirements.
No Reliance: You should not rely solely on the Services for critical travel decisions. Independent verification of all details with primary service providers is mandatory.
Availability: Recommendations for specific hotels, restaurants, or experiences do not guarantee availability.

3. Professional Responsibility (B2B Users)

If you are using the Services in your capacity as a Travel Agent, Concierge, or Travel Designer:

Human-in-the-Loop: You acknowledge that you remain the "Human-in-the-Loop." It is your sole professional responsibility to verify the accuracy, safety, and feasibility of all itinerary details before presenting them to your clients.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Aura Traveler harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your clients' reliance on the AI-generated content you provide to them.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Traveler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, flight cancellations, hotel overbookings, personal injury, or dissatisfaction with travel experiences recommended by the AI. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the last 12 months.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google Maps, Booking.com, Resy) or contact information for venues. Aura Traveler does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. Accessing third-party services is done at your own risk.

6. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
